The school board of Low Valley High School has been concerned with the low performance of students comparative to students of other schools in the district. It believes this can be attributed to many factors, some of which are:

- poor, untimely and ineffective communication among the stakeholders
- lack of appropriate assessment methods and timely evaluation
- poor delivery strategies
The board has heard of new technologies and is exploring the idea of using them to full advantage in the school’s curriculum. You are approached to develop and make a presentation to the board of a model for the use of technologies in the school that will alleviate these problems.
